Booking Details

Flowers

Flowers for entire wedding party are available for additional cost. Spring Lake’s professional florist is happy to work with you to create the best floral package for your budget. Flowers are not included in the venue only price.

Catering

Servers & Bartenders are available at an additional cost through each caterer. Outside caterers must be certified (no food allowed from home).

Capacity

Our antique church pews (for ceremony) and barn (for reception) can accommodate up to 200 people.

Booking your Wedding

The manager will put your wedding date on the calendar as soon as a license agreement is completed and payments are accepted. There is a non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. This deposit goes towards the total amount due for your wedding. A second payment is due at the halfway point between date of booking and event date. The balance along with final guest count is due, in full, four weeks before wedding day. All prices are subject to state and local taxes.

In the Event of Rain

If rain is in the forecast for your wedding day, the wedding ceremony can be held in the reception barn overlooking the lake. A tent may be rented by the wedding party and set up beside the reception building if needed.

Payment

If  booking a package, Venue, Floral Package, and Catering will all be paid separately, directly to each individual vendor.

The fine print: All packages can be customized and are based on 150 people, final guest count will determine final cost of catering. Venue pricing & floral package do not change based on guest count. Flowers are not included in the venue only price. Our venue does not offer discounts for smaller wedding parties. Spring Lake is not responsible for any items (e.g. food, clothing, etc.) that are left at the venue after the wedding is over.
