Spring Lake and our families are proud supporters of the US Military. We do not offer a discount on wedding packages. Instead, a large donation is made every year to the Wounded Warrior Project to help support those who have been affected while serving our Country.

Spring Lake can comfortably accommodate 200 guests, including your wedding party. This number does not include your vendors.

Our packages are semi-inclusive. Each of our packages include full use of the venue, a caterer & a floral package. A preferred vendors list is provided to brides at booking which includes vendors of every profession. All Coordinators, Photographers, DJs, and any other vendors are hired individually by the licensee (Bride or Family). You can find more information on our packages, here.

We require that masks and hand sanitizer be made available to all guests by the Licensee (Bride or Family). Caterers are required to wear a mask and all food must be served. We are not allowing a buffet style dinner at this time. – Our COVID policy is due to change at any time based on the CDC’s recommendations or requirements. Please check with our staff for the most up to date information.

As a part of our venue’s policies, all caterers are responsible for set up, maintenance, break down, food storage, and are required to dispose of all trash in designated dumpster. For this reason, we do not allow any type of drop off style catering or personal catering from home. All caterers must be professional, licensed, food service providers.

Payments are made in 3 installments.

1) Deposit Due at Signing/Booking

2) 50 % of remaining balance due at halfway point between signing date & wedding date

3) Final payment is due 30 days prior to wedding date.

**A security deposit is required for incidentals. Payment can be made at rehearsal dinner or at least 24 hours prior to wedding. Security Deposit will be returned at the end of the evening once venue has been inspected and found free of damages.

Dogs are allowed to be a part of the ceremony. However, we do not allow dog is any of the buildings or rooms, regardless of size or breed.

To protect the exclusivity of our venue, we do not allow any photography sessions that are not part of a signed wedding agreement. Brides or couples who have booked a wedding at our venue are permitted to use the venue for engagement photos or bridal photos prior to wedding date if they so choose.

We do not allow liquor on the premises. Beer, wine & hard seltzers are permitted in moderation. All alcohol is provided by licensee (bride or family) and must be served by a designated bartender.

Event insurance is required for all events held at Spring Lake Events. For more information on event/wedding insurance, please contact our staff who can provide a local insurance contact.

Spring Lake offers Saturday & Sunday weddings from late March to early December. Elopement packages and specialty wedding packages are offered Mon-Thu year-round.

Our staff does not offer any type of coordinating or planning services. We strongly encourage licensee (bride or family) to arrange a day-of coordinator to assist your vendors and manage day-of tasks. A preferred vendors list is made available to brides at booking and includes a number of wedding planners and coordinators that know our venue well and would be happy to work with you.

Fireworks, flaming lanterns, glitter, confetti, birdseed, liquor, or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the venue. This is not a fully inclusive list of items prohibited by venue. Please inquire about any questionable or specialty items you would like to include in your wedding to verify its allowance.

No lodging or accommodations are available at our venue. The bridal suite & groom’s room are available for bridal parties to get ready and rest during the day of your wedding. Locations and contacts for local lodging is included on out preferred vendors list and made available to brides at booking.

Yes. All vendors must be licensed and insured in their profession to protect the licensee and venue.

Yes! Uber is available to guests at Spring Lake. All Uber calls must be completed by guests or wedding party. Spring Lake does not provide or manage any transportation arrangements. 

No. Our venue is fully fenced, and gates are locked at 11:00 p.m. All vehicles must be gone from parking area at that time. All guests and vendors should be made aware that overnight parking is not available so travel arrangements can be made ahead of time.

Items can be dropped on the day of your wedding within the time frame you have agreed on at booking. Example: a Saturday wedding includes 10 hours. If you plan for your reception to end at 10:30 p.m., the earliest available drop off would be 12:30 p.m. This includes drop off for all items; including cakes, alcohol, attire, rented items such as tents, entertainment equipment, etc. Additional time can be purchased for $100/hour. If you require special accommodations, please discuss with Spring Lake staff. 

In the event of rain, your ceremony will take place at the top of our slate stairs with the lake as your backdrop. Chairs will be arranged for immediate family to the front and all other guests will be seated around tables dressed for reception. No one wishes for rain on their wedding day, but our staff is prepared to make the most of a soggy situation and will do everything in our power to keep your day dry. 

Should you choose to cancel your wedding or move your date to the following year, the initial deposit is forfeited. If wedding is canceled after 2nd installment has been made, payment (less initial deposit) will be returned if and only if the date is rebooked. Absolutely no refund will be issued if wedding is canceled, for any reason, within 180 days from date of wedding.
